General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by [Your Name] as a sole proprietor in the field of eyelash extensions and other cosmetic treatments. By booking an appointment (online, by phone, or in person), customers accept these GTC.

2. Services

I offer cosmetic services, in particular eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and similar treatments. These services are performed to the best of my knowledge and in compliance with hygienic and professional standards.

3. Appointments and cancellations

  • Appointments are binding and can be made by telephone, message, email or via an online booking tool.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In case of short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of CHF [e.g. 50].

  • In case of repeated unexcused absences, I may refuse to accept further bookings.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and are valid at the time of booking.

  • Payment is made immediately after the treatment, in cash or via Twint (other payment methods available upon request).

  • I am not subject to VAT (according to the small business regulation in Switzerland).

5. Liability and Warranty

  • I accept no liability for allergic reactions or intolerances to the products used. Prior consultation or allergy testing is available upon request.

  • The client is obliged to inform me of any health impairments or allergies before the treatment.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please let me know immediately – I will strive to find a fair solution.

6. Vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • A cash payout is not possible.

  • Vouchers will not be replaced if they are lost or stolen.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with my privacy policy. Your data will be treated confidentially and used only for the provision of my services.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of booking applies; this can be viewed on my website or upon request.

9. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
